Please read these terms carefully before engaging BSPI.

Engagement
By submitting a booking or otherwise engaging BSPI, you agree to these Terms. A formal engagement is confirmed in writing once lawful scope is agreed.
Lawful services only
BSPI conducts only lawful investigation activities. We do not engage in phone hacking, account access, spyware, wiretapping, trespass, or any conduct that breaches Singapore law. We reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside lawful scope.
No guaranteed outcomes
Payment does not guarantee a specific investigative outcome. Outcomes depend on case complexity, subject behaviour, and external factors. We commit to professional effort and lawful methods.
Confidentiality
BSPI treats all case information as strictly confidential. Clients similarly agree not to publicly disclose case methodology or BSPI personnel details.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BSPI's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
